Nurses at Pernet provide home care and support to families that are pregnant and/or parenting, their infants, and young children.

Referrals are made by local hospitals, health centers, physicians, community agencies, and families themselves.

All families living in Worcester are eligible for visits. Families are assessed for the need for additional services. Lactation services/support offered and provided. Referrals to IBCLC as needed.
